Fully furnished to a very high standard and air conditioned throughout. The accommodation on the ground floor comprises a spacious carpeted family room with cable TV.

A further living room adjoins the dining room and is comfortably furnished with sofas, chairs and tables.

The luxury kitchen has ample work surfaces and a breakfast bar. The kitchen comes complete with all modern conveniences including: full size oven, hob, fridge freezer with ice maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is a further breakfast area with table and chairs adjoining the kitchen all within a tiled floor area.

There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

A double garage leads off the entrance hallway with space to fit two vehicles.

The spacious upstairs landing can be used as an additional sleeping area as it has a comfortable double sofa bed.

The master bedroom overlooking the golf course is located on the first floor with a double door entrance, walk in wardrobe and lockable safe*. This bedroom has a queen size bed and a remote controlled cable TV. The spacious en-suite bathroom comprising of twin vanity basins, large corner bath, w.c. and a large separate walk-in shower.

*Neither the Homeowner (or the management company) will be held responsible for accident or injuries to guests, nor the loss of money, jewelry or possessions of any kind. We strongly recommend that you should keep all valuables on you all the time or rent the safe in the property. The safe can be rented by arrangement with the management agent for an additional fee.

There is a twin-bedded room with en-suite bathroom and two further twin-bedded rooms adjacent to the family bathroom. These are located on the first floor with either a double wardrobe or a walk-in wardrobe.

There is a further bedroom with double bed located on the ground floor with use of an additional separate bathroom and w.c. nearby.

Access to the fully screened pool and spa is reached from the family room and from the utility lobby area. The pool area is furnished with table, chairs, and sun beds. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced and if staying in the cooler season, arrangements can be made to have the pool heated. The patio door leading to the pool is alarmed for child safety purposes to comply with Florida law.

There is a large ‘public’ swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area within the Highlands Reserve estate.

The focal point of the area is the par 72, 18 hole, 6,677 yards championship public golf course. It features 120 feet of elevation changes in a layout that winds through citrus groves and pine trees overlooking one of Florida's most picturesque conservation areas. The course is both challenging and fun for all levels of golfers, includes the driving range, putting green and practice bunkers with instruction provided by PGA Professionals. Clubhouse features: Pro shop with full range of equipment and attire. Snack bar serving alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. Group packages and rental clubs are available.
