Rates for the villa are per week, not per person.
Prices are inclusive of all local taxes.
To secure booking a 20% non-refundable deposit required.
Payment in full (less deposit paid) required 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, plus a security deposit of £250 ($400)
This security deposit will be returned to you after inspection by our management company.
Bookings may begin and end any day of the week, subject to availability.
Pool heating available at £12 ($18) per day (recomended between October and April)
The use of our safe is free of charge for your peace of mind.
