Neither the Homeowner (nor the management company) will be held responsible for accident or injuries to guests, nor the loss of money, jewelry or possessions of any kind.

Terms and conditions
1. The Price quoted is for the villa per week. Additional days will be charged pro rata. If the booking period extends over two price bands the charge will be adjusted proportionally. The owners reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice to a booking being confirmed.

2. A deposit of £250 is required to secure a booking, with the full balance payable 10 weeks before the date of arrival. For bookings made with less than 10 weeks notice the full amount is payable immediately. Failure to pay the balance may result in the booking being cancelled.

3. Cancellation of booking (for any reason):
a) More than 10 weeks notice – Loss of deposit
b) Less than 10 weeks notice – No refund (unless the villa is re-let for the same period)
Note: Any refund payable will be at the discretion of the Owners

4. The villa is available from 4pm on the date of arrival, until 10am on the date of departure (unless an extension is specifically agreed by the management company).

5. A security deposit of £250 is required with the final balance, to cover loss or damage. This will be refunded within 30 days of leaving the property (subject to all being well). The person booking is liable for any damage caused to the property and/or its contents, and for excess utility bills (e.g. if external doors are left open with air conditioning on)

6. Pool heating is available if required £12 per day

7. The accommodation is provided solely for personal leisure use by the persons named on the booking form, and any alterations or additions must be agreed with the Owners in advance.

8. The property must not be sub-let.

9. The Owners are not liable whatsoever for any damage of loss to the personal property or possessions of any occupant. All guests are strongly advised to have adequate insurance to cover personal risks and any loss due to cancellation of the booking.

10. All descriptions and information, including photographs, are provided in good faith, but no responsibility can be accepted for errors or omissions

11. Any problems or queries after arrival at the property should be referred to our local Management Company
